The end of an era
After 10 memorable years, Hatch has officially closed its doors.
We’ve spent a decade solving business problems through creativity, design thinking, and a radical customer-first approach. We’re incredibly proud of the work we’ve done and the incredible clients we’ve partnered with. But all great journeys eventually reach their destination.
Hatch was founded in 2017 by Arthur Kaziow and Luc van Gemert, who met as Business Innovation students. After taking a peek behind the curtains of some of the world’s biggest brands, they were shocked by a massive contrast: how incredible these brands looked on the outside versus how poorly their customer experiences were run behind the scenes.
They envisioned a new kind of creative agency. They built Hatch to be the child of McKinsey and IDEO. Solving complex business hurdles through deep empathy and bold creativity.
Our Core Belief: You win lifelong fans by giving your customers the best experience of their lives. Convenience is a commodity; the experience is your only real differentiator.
Over the years, Hatch took on many forms. 18 different Hatchlings joined and left our coop, we occupied three different offices, and we inhabited two different cities. While Hatch in her current form is going away, our philosophy lives on through the Hatchlings carrying our CX beliefs into the wild.
